What CloutDesk collects—and why.

Public research can be read without an account. Private workspace features store only what is needed to authenticate you, preserve your saved work, and support your account.
Information you provide
If you sign in, the managed identity provider supplies a verified email address, name and avatar when available. CloutDesk stores your watchlist, research notes and revisions, monitoring preferences, support requests, access status, and account lifecycle timestamps.
Information created by use of the service
CloutDesk processes ordinary request and security logs needed to operate and protect the service. Theme, onboarding and notice choices are stored in your browser. The current application does not install advertising trackers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, scope private records to your account, operate the research workspace, investigate failures, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and honor deletion or access changes.
Service providers and public sources
CloutDesk uses infrastructure, database and managed-authentication providers to operate the application. The research desk also retrieves public market, news and community data from the sources named beside each observation. Those source links have their own privacy practices.
Retention and control
Your account page provides self-service deletion for the managed identity and associated private records. Some limited security or infrastructure logs may remain for their normal operational retention period. You can remove individual watchlist items, notes and monitoring preferences from their respective workspace screens.
Questions
Signed-in users can open a support request from Account administration. Do not put secrets, financial account credentials, or sensitive personal information into a research thesis or support message.
