Terms of use
Research tools, with clear boundaries.
Last updated August 28, 2026
CloutDesk displays sourced research observations and lets eligible users organize private notes. It does not place wagers, hold funds, guarantee outcomes, or provide personalized financial, legal, tax, or gambling advice.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for using the service only where lawful and for protecting your sign-in account. Private features may require verified identity and an active entitlement. Do not share credentials or use the service to evade another platform's rules.
Research limitations
Market prices, reporting, public discussion, activity, liquidity and system-generated context can be delayed, incomplete, wrong, manipulated, or interpreted differently. A displayed probability is not a promise. Verify the underlying contract rules and primary sources before relying on any observation.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, probe accounts you do not own, upload unlawful material, misrepresent CloutDesk output as guaranteed or personalized advice, or use the product to facilitate fraud, harassment, market manipulation, or unlawful wagering.
Your content
You retain responsibility for private theses and support messages you submit. You grant CloutDesk the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to operate support. Do not submit material you lack the right to use.
Third-party services
Source links, identity services and market platforms are controlled by third parties. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside CloutDesk's control. A link or retrieved observation is not an endorsement.
Availability and changes
CloutDesk may change, pause or remove features when security, data quality, provider availability, law, or product reliability requires it. Material policy updates will be dated on this page. If you do not accept the terms, stop using the service and delete your account from Account administration.
